Our teas are carefully sourced from some of India’s most renowned tea growing regions, including Assam and Darjeeling which are known for their distinctive tea profiles, rich heritage and unique growing conditions.

We select high quality tea leaves through our partners to ensure consistency, flavour and authentic blends.

Our teas reflect the character of their origin, from full bodied notes of Assam teas to the delicate and aromatic qualities of Darjeeling teas.

The manufacturing process combines traditional tea expertise with modern food and quality safety practises. These teas are carefully blended, processed and packed under controlled conditions to preserve freshness, aroma and high quality.

We lovingly pack and dispatch most orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). While we do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible, dispatch times can't always be guaranteed.

Our courier collects parcels each business day, so orders placed will be sent the following business day.

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking email so you can follow your little package of pleasure right to your door.

Our teas and botanicals are made with natural ingredients, and just like wine, fresh produce and coffee, their flavour, aroma and appearance can naturally vary from one harvest or batch to the next.

Many of our ingredients are sourced from smaller tea gardens and growers, where seasonal conditions, rainfall, soil and harvest timing can all influence the final cup. It's part of what makes natural tea so wonderfully unique.

Our team works carefully to maintain the quality and character you know and love, blending batches where needed to keep things as consistent as possible. However, because we're working with nature's ingredients, we can't promise that every batch will look or taste exactly the same.

A little variation is simply Mother Nature's way of keeping things interesting. 💋

We want you to be completely happy with your Cuppa Sutra experience. But because tea is a food product, there are a few things we need to keep in mind when it comes to returns.

Unopened Items

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with return postage at the customer's expense.

Please take a moment to check your order carefully before placing it to make sure you've selected the right teas and quantities.

Wrong Items Sent

Oops — we've made a tea-take!

If we've sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange collection of the incorrect item at our expense and send you the correct product free of charge.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

In some cases, we may need the damaged goods returned so we can provide evidence for freight insurance. If this is required, we'll cover the return postage costs.

Opened Products & Quality Concerns

Because our teas are food products, we can't accept returns simply because you don't enjoy the flavour, we promise not to take it personally! 😉

However, if you believe there is a quality or safety issue with an opened product, please contact us so we can assess the situation.

We'll first work with you to understand the issue and may ask for photos or additional information. If needed, the product may be returned to us for further assessment, with return postage initially paid by the customer.

If a genuine product fault is identified, we'll provide a full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

If no product fault or quality issue is identified, unfortunately, a refund will not be provided.
